My current computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise from a winows that I received from college. I know that I will not be able to upgrade for free to Windows 10, and I want to purchase either a Home or Pro license key. What I am unsure about is whether or updatw I can do a direct upgrade from Windows 7 Enterprise to one of the Windows 10 versions and simply input this new license key, or if I am going to have to do a full system wipe and start from scratch - does anyone have any information on whether I can upgrade or if I have to do a full blown clean install?
